"Baba Fein" deleted.. Haifa: The album is mine and Rotana has no right to delete it

Artist Haifa Wehbe answered her fans' questions about why her songs were removed from the TikTok app.

Haifa Wehbe wrote on her account on the “X” website: “For everyone who asked me about the sudden removal of my song videos from the Tik Tok platform by Rotana Company, regarding the deletion of my songs that were produced by the company, I do not have an accurate answer because they did not include us in the picture when they took the quick emergency decision regarding me.”

Haifa Wehbe continued: "But the company stood up for me and also deleted the songs from the album 'Baba Fein'!! I would like to clarify that the songs from the album 'Baba Fein' are owned by me personally! No production company has the right to delete its songs from any platform under penalty of legal accountability."

Haifa Wehbe added: "My law firm in Beirut has moved to investigate this illegal act. For your information, Rotana does not own the album, but rather owned the album's distribution for only 3 years, and yet it still keeps it! Clarification is required in response to the many questions. Thank you."
