Social media users circulated a video clip from a live broadcast of the star Nadine Nassib Njeim on Snapchat, in which she documented a harassment incident while she was in a parking lot.

Nadine appeared in the video confused by the looks of an unknown young man, so she asked him, "Is something wrong?" He replied, "No, I'm just checking if that's you or not. Are you coming out?", pointing to the escalator, and Nadine responded angrily, "No, I'm not coming out."

Nadine continued to her followers: "You saw this live, what a fraud he is." Then she headed to the elevator and refused to let another man go with her, preferring to stay alone, in case of any harassment.

Then Nadine spoke to her followers and said: “I care about myself, and I have grown old and have children. Believe me, when I want to go up in the elevator, I get worried and scared... I mean, I don’t like to go up with anyone. I get worried as much as I can.”

The public widely interacted with Nadine's videos on social media, with some believing that through this live broadcast she was sending a message to girls to be careful and wary of the harassment and bullying they might face in the elevator. Others considered her reaction exaggerated, and that the young man had asked her questions and talked to her as if she were a well-known actress.
