Al-Ruwaished’s daughter, Aseel, announced the end of her father’s treatment trip through a post on her account on the “X” platform, where she posted a picture of her father and expressed her joy at his return, saying: “He is returning to you with longing and joy.. With God’s protection and care, he will return to the homeland on Thursday 10/17, our father Abdullah Al-Ruwaished from Germany after his treatment trip.”

Abdullah Al Rowaished’s medical journey in Germany began last April, after spending 28 days in Jaber Hospital in Kuwait, and then continued his treatment from home based on the doctors’ recommendations. Despite his health condition, Al Rowaished did not stop providing art to his fans, as he released his song “Ma Qalte Lak” during his medical journey, and filmed it as a video clip in Germany in collaboration with director Ahmed Al-Duwaji. Al Rowaished expressed his longing for his fans when he posted the song on Instagram, saying: “My beloved, I miss you.”

A sudden health crisis and the postponement of his concerts

Al-Ruwaished suffered a health crisis just two days after performing at the closing ceremony of the “February Nights Festival” in Kuwait, where rumors circulated that he had suffered a stroke, but his son Khaled denied these reports. As a result of this crisis, Al-Ruwaished’s participation in the tribute concert for the late Kuwaiti artist Abdul Karim Abdul Qader, as part of the activities of last “Riyadh Season”, which was scheduled for February, was postponed.
