A judicial investigation into the case Sobhi Gamal, the victim’s lawyer, stated, “The Public Prosecution opened a judicial investigation into the incident, during which it heard his client’s statements and requested a technical examination report from the Ministry of Interior, which concluded that the incident was true and that the statements of slander and slander against the victim were confirmed.”

It also requested the report of the Cybersecurity Agency, which concluded the authenticity and safety of the video in question, and the Public Prosecution summoned the artist Sherine Abdel Wahab to confront her with those reports, the victim’s statements, and the criminal investigation investigations that corroborated them. However, she abstained from attending, citing her infection with the Corona virus, so the Public Prosecutor ordered her to be referred to the Criminal Court. According to what the producer’s lawyer, Mohamed Al-Shaer, said.

Sobhi Gamal confirmed that “the Public Prosecution established evidence of the authenticity of the incident and attributed it to the artist Sherine Abdel Wahab through the victim’s statements, the technical examination report prepared by specialists at the Ministry of Interior, and the report of the Cybersecurity Service and Criminal Investigation Investigations at the Ministry of Interior.”
