Amir Salah El-Din reveals his rare disease and whether he has recovered from it?!

Actor Amir Salah El-Din revealed a difficult chapter in his life, when he discovered by chance that he had a rare and dangerous brain disease that threatened his life and was a real obstacle to his marriage to actress Layla Nafeh Marsal.

Emir Saladin's illness This came during their appearance on a special episode of the program "With Mona El-Shazly", where Amir recounted the details of the accident that marked the beginning of his discovery of his health condition.

Amir said: “I was rehearsing for the movie Nawara with Menna Shalaby, and I fell off the motorcycle. I went to get an X-ray of my leg, but the surprise was something else entirely. They discovered a very large aneurysm in my brain, measuring 2.5 centimeters, while the normal size is only a few millimeters!”

He added: "The doctor looked at the x-rays and told me, 'You should have been dead when you were 5 or 6 years old!' I was surprised and told him, 'Maybe God still has me alive.'"

Disease details Amir noted that he had felt something was wrong with his head for years, but he had never expected it to be this serious or this big. He continued, "The doctor told me that if I sneezed, I could be paralyzed, and that marriage was not an option at the moment. At that moment, I decided to apologize to my wife for not getting married."

He explained that the cost of the treatment was unimaginably high, as he required more than 300 coils, each costing around $15,000, putting the total cost in the millions.

He concluded his speech by saying, “Every moment I live after this experience is a gift from God, and the thing that makes me happiest is that I was able to live and marry the woman who was by my side during the most difficult times.”
