Samiha Ayoub appeals to President Sisi Ayyoub said during her intervention in the program "Al Hekaya", "I appeal to President Abdel Fattah El Sisi, I hope that the decision to demolish the floating theater is not implemented, because we need theaters. We are thinking of building theaters, not demolishing theaters, because culture is like a livelihood that is destroyed for the people."

She added: "We have all been informed of the decision to remove the floating theatre, which also includes the children's theatre, and I appeal to Mr. President and I beg him to stop this decision."

Samiha Ayoub continued: “The floating theater is old and bears the name of the great artist Fatima Rushdi, and removing it is a kind of distortion of the country’s thought and culture, and God willing, I will perform on this theater.”

Samiha Ayyoub denies retiring from art In a separate context, the artist Samiha Ayoub had previously denied the rumors about her retirement from art and said that she participated in the vocal performance in the operetta “One Hand” at the Balloon Theater as part of the celebration of the anniversary of the glorious October victory, and she said that if she had retired, she would not have participated in the operetta.
