As part of the Emirates with You, Lebanon initiative... a concert by the artist Majida Al Roumi

As part of the “ Emirates with You, Lebanon ” initiative, Lebanese artist Majida El Roumi , in cooperation with the Dubai Cares Foundation, will perform a charity concert organized by “Spotlight” on Monday, November 18, at The Agenda in Dubai Media City.

Emirates concert poster Al-Roumi posted a poster for the concert on her social media accounts, commenting on it by saying: “For your sake, Lebanon, for my people and my family, and in support of your steadfastness, we will remain.”

Majida Al Roumi's artistic activity has stopped

Majida Al Roumi had announced the postponement of her concerts at the Royal Opera House in the Sultanate of Oman in October, as Majida was scheduled to give her first concert on the 17th of this month as part of the Omani Women’s Day activities. As for the 18th and 9th of October, she was supposed to give two concerts at the Royal Opera House - Muscat.

The media office of Mrs. Majida Al-Roumi issued the following statement:

“Since the pain is too great to bear, and the tragedy is too great for feelings to contain, Mrs. Majida El Roumi has decided to postpone her concerts that were scheduled on the Royal Opera House in the Sultanate of Oman’s concert schedule on October 17, 18 and 19, 2024. Wishing that the tidings of peace will return to our Arab homeland, and that God will be with us, to get us out of these accumulated hardships in beloved Lebanon, and for us to have a better and more beautiful life, which we deserve and which every person who believes in love and peace deserves.”

A number of stars also, a month after the start of the war on Lebanon, began to resume their artistic activities due to the existence of contracts and obligations, and some of them even offered the proceeds of the concerts to those affected by Lebanon.
