The artist Asala Nasri showed strong support for the artist Nancy Ajram in light of the criticism she faced due to her appearance with an Israeli tourism blogger at her recent concert held in Cyprus.

Asala posted a comment on her account on the X website, in which she emphasized Nancy’s 21-year journey of sophistication and high morals.

You will not be influenced by someone who is trying to highlight his page behind the most important Arab artist. We all know who Nancy is, who is the hater before the fan.

Widespread controversy surrounding Nancy Ajram The Lebanese singer caused widespread controversy on social media, after she appeared with an Israeli blogger on the sidelines of her concert in Cyprus, especially with Israeli media circulating pictures of Nancy with that blogger.

This controversy quickly turned to the corridors of the Lebanese judiciary, as a lawyer filed a lawsuit against Nancy Ajram, for appearing with the same blogger for the second time in conjunction with the Israeli war on Gaza and southern Lebanon, which was documented by photos circulating on social networking sites during the past few days.

The lawsuit stated, according to Lebanese media, that what Nancy did “is a flagrant violation of the Israel Boycott Law, which criminalizes any dealings with the Israeli enemy, and since the Israel Boycott Law prohibits every natural or legal person from concluding, personally or through an intermediary, an agreement with bodies.” Or persons residing in Israel, belonging to it by nationality, or working on its behalf or for its benefit, whenever the subject of the agreement is commercial deals, financial operations, or any other dealing of whatever nature.”
