Saudi artist Aseel Omran revealed personal and professional aspects of her life in an interview that blended candor and calm.

Aseel Omran described fame as complex, noting that fear accompanies an artist from the moment they enter the spotlight. She said, "As long as an artist remains in the spotlight, fear remains present. But over time, it transforms into awareness and maturity, as no one can live in a constant state of anxiety." She emphasized that dealing rationally with fame is what protects artists from psychological exhaustion.

Aseel added that her entry into the art scene wasn't motivated by fame or exposure, but rather by a deep passion for art since childhood. She continued, "I grew up in a home that loved art. I used to watch old black-and-white movies and imagine myself playing the lead role on stage. Art was the true dream, not the spotlight."

The Saudi artist recalled her first experience that left a profound psychological impact on her after participating in the "Gulf Star" program. She was surprised by a large crowd of people gathering around her, which caused her to feel "suffocated," she said. At the time, she wasn't prepared for this kind of pressure until a woman close to her helped her through the situation. She describes this incident as the first shocking moment in her relationship with fame.
