Barış Ardüç is an “avenger” in “The Terrifying Master”

Turkish actor Barış Ardüç has signed a contract to star in the action and thriller film “The Terrifying Master,” and in Turkish, “Dehşet Bey.”

According to official Turkish websites, preparations are continuing for “The Terrifying Master,” which tells the story of the famous comic “John Wick,” a fictional character of a hired killer who decides to retire and leave crime, until a gang breaks into his house and kills his family, so he returns to the world of crime with the aim of revenge.

Producer Saner Ayar explained that the audience will be presented with a distinctive work and scenario, which will be filmed entirely in Türkiye.

Turkish media reported that the film, which is scheduled to be filmed in the Urla, Cesme and Alacati regions of Turkey, deals with a romantic drama whose events take place in the Cesme region of Izmir, during the summer.

Hande will play the role of Aslı Matsui, who fights for the family business, while Barış will play the role of a famous businessman named Ece Bazici, in an exciting love story between Asli and Ece who come together.

The film is directed by Engin Erden, and written by Ceylan Naz Paylan, the author of the film “Merve Kült,” which is shown on Netflix, while details of the film and other actors will be announced in the coming days.
