Star Saba Mubarak revealed the secret of her fitness during the recent period, especially in the series Between the Lines, in which she shared with her fans the scenes of the most difficult scene she played in, which caused her to suffer from a form of swollen gland.

Saba Mubarak and the stars of “Between the Lines” were guests on the “Her Excellency” program by artist Esaad Younes on the DMC channel. The artist revealed the scenes behind her participation in the series, which she described as the most difficult decision in her life. She also revealed the secret of her fitness, which prompted the program’s host to accuse her of lying to her.

Saba Mubarak said that the secret of her fitness lies in abstaining from eating for long periods, and she only eats at night, right before sleep, and in very large quantities, which allows her body to absorb larger quantities of food throughout the day, and also provides her with a feeling of fullness at night.

For her part, Isaad Younis considered that this secret is just a lie from the Jordanian artist to hide the truth about her fitness, explaining that she follows almost the same system and increases her weight in an exaggerated way. However, Saba Mubarak stressed the information that suits the nature of her body and the natural calorie burning system that she possesses.

In a related context, the artist Nardine Faraj explained that during filming, Saba Mubarak did not prolong the duration of eating with the team, noting that she used to eat her food very quickly, then go to work, to which Saba added that she did eat food quickly, but in a very large quantity.

Saba Mubarak said that the scene she presented about her mother’s death had very natural feelings, because she was feeling all the pain that befell the broadcaster Hind Salem due to the news of her mother’s death, to the point that she kept pinching and pulling her leg under the table that she was hiding to prevent her tears from spilling over.
