Lebanese singer Carole Samaha shared exciting news with her large audience through a short teaser, revealing an upcoming collaboration with the late great musician Ziad Rahbani.

The Lebanese singer was keen to keep this project a secret until the last moment, presenting it as a pleasant surprise to all her fans and fans of the late Ziad Rahbani's works, confirming that the new work will see the light of day very soon, in the coming days.

This collaboration combines Carole Samaha's unique artistic identity with the distinctive influence of the late genius Ziad Rahbani, to present a unique work that carries a new spirit and adds value to the Lebanese and Arab artistic scene.

Hence, in her first appearance since the sudden passing of her husband, producer Walid Mustafa, several months ago, star Carole Samaha confirmed that she had to stand on her own two feet in order to raise her daughter, emphasizing that we must not surrender to grief and break down.

Carole Samaha continued: "My husband had hope for a recovery, but at the same time he had a feeling that the disease would not pass. My relationship with my family is strong, and there has been no shake-up in this relationship after his death."

Carole Samaha talked about presenting the play after her husband's death after postponing it, saying: "I did not give in to sadness and I made the decision to stand on my own two feet. I had no other choice, and I did not care about what people said. I made my decision and said I will present the play and I will go out and cry in my room, because no one knew how I lived through my husband's illness and I was sitting with him in the hospital."

Carole Samaha confirmed: "I was training myself and imagining that there was someone else who had gone through all this, and I was somewhere else, backstage at the musical, and when I went on stage, the audience clapped continuously, and I cut off their applause to prevent myself from collapsing."

Carole Samaha concluded her speech by saying: “I lost my father suddenly in 1996, as he passed away on a Sunday, and I appeared on stage on a Friday. I do not like to drown in sadness, and life has taught me that sadness makes me sick, and because of the intensity of my sadness, it makes me feverish. And I say to those who feel that I am not crying over the passing of my husband: “Think like this.”
