"Dandara"... Artificial Intelligence Competes with Singers with the First Global Band

In a new development of its kind that combines music and technology, the Arab art scene witnessed the launch of the first musical band that relies on artificial intelligence under the name "Dandara".

The Dandara band presented a group of songs that resonated widely among the Arab audience. The most prominent songs published by the band on its verified Instagram account were: “Dhalak Ma’i”, “Amanat Alayk”, “Rah Ansak”, “Rofof”, and “Akhir Marra”. What makes Dandara unique is that it is the first band in the world to rely entirely on artificial intelligence. The band was founded thanks to Jordanian poet Ihab Ghaith, who was behind this pioneering idea and wrote all of the band’s songs himself.
