Death of the son of the Syrian artist Zuhair Abdul Karim in Germany

This morning, the son of Syrian artist Zuhair Abdul Karim, “Majd,” passed away after a struggle with illness and a long treatment journey in Germany.

Nour Abdel Karim mourned her brother Majd with touching words, as she shared several photos via the story feature on her Instagram account, writing: My brother and the light of my eyes Majd has passed away.

Majd, the eldest son of the Syrian artist Zuhair Abdul Karim, traveled to Germany several years ago with his mother, the artist Suzan Saleh, to receive treatment for cancer. This is what Abdul Karim stated in one of his interviews when asked about the reason for his family’s presence in Germany.

A number of stars mourned the late Majd, as artist Ayman Zidan wrote, "My deepest condolences to Mrs. Suzan Al-Saleh and artist Zuhair Abdul Karim on the passing of their son Majd."

In turn, the artist Firas Ibrahim mourned him, saying: “The beautiful, gentle young man Majd Zuhair Abdul Karim has passed away. The loss is painful and the sadness is deep, but there is no power or strength except with God.
