Egyptian artist Angham is preparing to open the third edition of the New Alamein Festival with a huge concert.

Angham's concert details The concert will be held on July 18 at the U-ARENA, in the heart of the heritage city of New Alamein, under the direction of maestro Hany Farahat. This concert is part of a series of summer concerts organized by Tazkarti in cooperation with several official sponsors.

Angham's concert ticket prices and entry requirements Tickets for the concert were made available through the "Tazkarti" online platform, with various attendance categories available to suit different audience segments. Prices start from EGP 1,000 for the "standing" category, and reach EGP 150,000 for the "lounge" category, which allows eight people to attend.

Organizers require attendees to adhere to a number of guidelines, most notably the prohibition of bringing food and beverages, and the non-exchangeability or refundability of tickets. Admission to the concert is also restricted to those 12 years of age and older, provided they obtain a full ticket for each person.

The New Alamein Festival aims to promote culture and tourism in Egypt. Its third edition will be held this year from July 18 to August 29.

The festival features a series of concerts, cultural, and sporting events, organized by Tazkarti, a company with a solid reputation for managing major events both inside and outside Egypt. The festival is sponsored by a number of major institutions, including Telecom Egypt, City Edge Developments, the Egyptian Postal Authority, and the National Telecom Regulatory Authority.

During a phone call with Lamis El Hadidi on the "Last Word" program, Angham expressed her deep sadness at being dragged into conflicts that have nothing to do with her. She described what she's being subjected to as "cruel injustice," emphasizing that the public's love should not be turned into a reason for insult or comparison.

Angham said: "I have endured many insinuations for four years, but accusing me of conspiracy is an intolerable slander. I have nothing to do with what happened to Sherine, and I refuse to have my name dragged into crises that do not concern me."

She added, "From this moment on, I will take legal action. I have already filed a lawsuit against a young man who wrote an offensive comment and he was sentenced to prison. What is happening is painful and unjust and must stop."
