In this ceremony, the King will receive, once a year, the renewal of loyalty and allegiance from the governors and workers (prefects) of the provinces and their assistants, from the pashas and commanders charged with the duties of public authority in the cities and rural centers, and from the senior administrative employees in the provinces, and from the heads and members of the local councils elected in the last general election.

The loyalty ceremony will also be attended by members representing the two chambers of parliament, presidents and members of the councils of the chambers of commerce, agriculture, and marine fishing chambers, industrial chambers of both modern and craft types, and representatives of all Moroccan tribes, in addition to several representative bodies.
