Artist Dhafer L'Abidine revealed that when he was offered the role in the series " Searching for Ola ", he did not think twice and welcomed the idea immediately because this series is unique and different in its ideas and presentation methods.

Similarities between Dhafer and Karim In an interview with Al Arabiya, Dhafer explained that what attracted him and impressed him most about the character of "Karim Abed" was its great similarity to him in some qualities, including calmness and thinking ahead about the future, as well as the idea of living abroad and the difference in cultures. Just as Karim was raised in France and his father is Egyptian, Dhafer the Tunisian lived in London for 24 years, so he feels everything that goes on inside the character of thoughts, fluctuations and differences in cultures.

As for the development of his character and the extent of its impact on Alaa, Dhafer said that he cannot reveal aspects of the character, but naturally, people help each other and influence each other’s lives.

The relationship between Dhafer L'Abidine and Hend Sabry Regarding his relationship with Hend Sabry , Dhafer revealed that there is a strong friendship that has brought them together for a long time. They understand each other and have a common chemistry and similar ideas, which makes it very easy to work with each other, as the scenes appear smooth and natural without being artificial.

He added that he loves working with her very much, as it is not the first time they have worked together, whether in Egypt or Tunisia, and their work is successful.

Regarding Dhafer's upcoming preparations, he has started filming his Tunisian movie "Sofia", which will be filmed between Tunisia and London. It is a social movie that he produced, wrote and directed. He is also returning to Ramadan drama in Egypt after an absence through the series "Sikat Al-Salama" directed by Mohamed Bakir.
