Dubai Police graduates 922 students and announces the imminent launch of the Hemaya platform.

On Thursday, July 31, 2025, the Dubai World Trade Centre witnessed the graduation ceremony of 922 male and female students from 28 nationalities in the summer courses program for Dubai students. The program was organized by the General Command of Dubai Police through the Hemaya International Centre under the slogan "Our Summer is Security and Happiness... Innovation and Leadership." The program focused on developing students' skills and enhancing their security and social awareness to build a responsible generation and a promising future.

High-Level Leadership Presence Underscores the Event's Importance His Excellency Lieutenant General Abdullah Khalifa Al Marri, Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police The ceremony was attended by His Excellency Lieutenant General Abdullah Khalifa Al Marri, Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police, who praised the students' discipline and affirmed the leadership's commitment to preparing aware generations that meet the needs of the future.

Her Excellency Hessa bint Essa Buhumaid , Director General of the Community Development Authority, expressed her happiness with the diversity and excellence of the course activities, especially those aimed at promoting national identity.

He highlighted the center's success in implementing over 505 training and awareness programs over 3 years, benefiting more than 375,000 students from 175 nationalities, with continuous and comprehensive expansion to meet modern society's needs.

The platform is being developed in collaboration with Crowd Digital , a company specializing in designing digital solutions and developing AI-powered smart systems that help companies and institutions with digital transformation.

This collaboration is part of the Council's plan to modernize its technical infrastructure and enhance its interactive tools with the community. The event was attended by the company's representatives, including the Chairman of the Board, Mr. Mustafa Ibrahim Al-Mahdawi, and Executive Directors Mr. Ahmed Tayseer Melhem and Amiral Mustafa Al-Mahdawi .

Hemaya Platform: 7 Initiatives to Support School and Community Safety The Hemaya digital platform reflects Dubai Police's commitment to providing a safe and stable school environment through 7 integrated initiatives to support school and community safety. These include: the "Spirit of Positivity" initiative to enhance energy and motivation, the "Hemaya" initiative to instill responsibility and participation, the "Ambassador of Safety" initiative as a role model, the "Naseej" (Fabric) initiative to build community trust, the "Your Neighbor Policeman" initiative to enhance neighborhood security, in addition to the "I Will Not Return" initiative to reduce negative behaviors, and the "School Safety" program to create a safe and risk-free educational environment.

The platform also provides advanced analytical tools to monitor and analyze school data and support rapid intervention to combat bullying and negative behaviors.

Strategic Partnerships for Integrated and Sustainable Support Brigadier Khalid bin Muwaiza praised the role of 40 entities and strategic partners from the government and semi-government sectors, along with police departments and centers, which contributed to providing full logistical support, including transportation, air-conditioned halls, qualified trainers, and technical infrastructure, effectively contributing to the success and expansion of the affiliate base.

Conclusion of the Ceremony: Military Parades, a Documentary Film, and an Interactive Exhibition The ceremony concluded with precise military parades by the program's students, a documentary film about the students' experience with the Hemaya digital platform during the summer of 2025, in addition to an interactive exhibition featuring 22 awareness and training initiatives reflecting the efforts of the Hemaya International Centre.
