Difficulties of the movie “Playing with the Kids” Director Sherif Arafa and the film crew chose five different Egyptian governorates to film the work, and the film’s producer, Hisham Abdel Khaleq, said that the governorates are the Red Sea, South Sinai, Damietta, Matrouh, and Cairo. Director Abdel Khaleq said that filming between Siwa, Nuweiba, and the Hurghada desert took 15 days, during which he faced many difficulties, especially since filming took place in remote areas devoid of urbanization and population.

He added that the high temperatures in August were difficult, and in addition to preparing these areas before filming, the crews had to rest every three days during filming, and it took six months to pave the roads leading to the area so that the equipment could reach the heart of the desert.

He added that viewers will be surprised to see many new locations in Egypt that have not been shown in any film before.
