<p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr">Lebanese artist Majida El Roumi held an exceptional concert in Dubai under the title “For Your Eyes, Lebanon,” as part of the “Emirates with You, Lebanon” initiative in cooperation with the “Dubai Cares” Foundation.</p><p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"> The concert was held to support the Lebanese people affected by the war, where Majida combined the message of art with deep humanitarian support, and delivered touching words that embodied the suffering of the Lebanese and their hopes for the future.</p><h2 style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"> <span style="color:hsl(187, 48%, 51%);">Touching moments and great interaction with the song "For Beirut"</span></h2><p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"> The highlight of the concert was when Majida El Roumi sang her famous song “Beirut Set El Donia” in the presence of the Lebanese basketball team, which was playing a match against the UAE team.</p><p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"> This moment sparked widespread interaction on social media, especially when Al-Roumi swore on stage, saying: “I swear to God Almighty that I will do my duty to preserve my country’s flag and defend my homeland, Lebanon.”</p><p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"> Majida invited the audience to recite the oath with her, stressing that everyone who believes in Lebanon's sovereignty is part of its moral army. Destruction in villages, loss of lives and livelihoods, and a massacre that has not ended since 1975.” She expressed her deep sadness for what her country is going through, but she stressed that her voice will remain a weapon with which she defends Lebanon, its culture and freedom.<br><br> Al Roumi praised the UAE’s invitation to the concert, saying: “May God perpetuate its glory and honor. I came to defend with my voice Lebanon, art and culture, its people and army, and its Arab identity.” She also pointed to the Lebanese people’s ability to overcome crises: “Every time the Lebanese people rise up, they overcome the impossible and continue on their path.
