From “The Hashashin” to “The Ruby House” .. Karim Abdel Aziz misses Ramadan and returns to the cinema with Menna Shalaby

The Egyptian artist, Karim Abdel Aziz, was scheduled to participate in the upcoming Ramadan season in the series “The Hashashin”, but he confirmed his exit from the Ramadan 2023 competition.

Abdel Aziz revealed the reason behind the postponement, noting that filming is taking place in more than 3 countries, and it was difficult for the director, Dr. Peter Mimi, to finish a work of this magnitude in production and the idea in a short time, stressing, “This is a series that works once in a lifetime, and it deserves it.” We cook it on a quiet fire, and we will see it in Ramadan 2024.”

Karim Abdel Aziz revealed his preparations to return to comedy, in a film directed by Peter Mimi.

He added that the film is called The Ruby House, with Menna Shalaby and Karim Mahmoud Abdel Aziz, a light comedy, indicating that it will be shown during the Great Eid season.

In response to a question about the details of the film's story, he said: "In a love story between me and Menna Shalaby, and Karim Akhwiya, and in a great contradiction between his personality and mine."

Karim Abdel Aziz competed last Ramadan in the series “The Choice 3”, and Ahmed Ezz and Ahmed El Sakka participated in the tournament, and the work achieved great success at the time of its presentation.

As for the cinema screen, the movie “Kira Wal Jinn” is now being shown to him, co-starring Ahmed Ezz, and the Tunisian artist Hind Sabry, and the work is written by Ahmed Murad and directed by Marwan Hamed.
