He said in press statements that Amr Diab is a hard-working artist who has worked hard and is reaping the fruits of his labor, stressing that Amr is like his brother and his testimony of him is biased, hoping that the songs that brought them together will be restored and renewed.

Al-Shaeri sent a special message to the Lebanese people, saying: “God is with you, and there is no one with you now but God, so do not depend on anyone.”

Regarding his feelings about restoring the film “Qishr El-Bunduq”, which he participated in in the nineties, and re-screening it in many festivals, including the El Gouna Festival, the Cairo Festival, and others, Hamid El Shaeri added that he was very happy about restoring the film and re-screening it after it had been “parked”, and the result was wonderful.
