Egyptian director Mohamed Sami praised the movie " Siko Siko " and all its makers.

Mohamed Sami expressed his admiration for the movie and wrote on his official Facebook account: “I watched the movie “Psycho Psycho” on Yango Play. Omar El Mohandes and Essam Omar are incredibly sweet. First of all, Omar El Mohandes is a great, clever and delicious director, and his rhythm is crazy. He has an amazing ability to entertain, tell elegant stories and direct the actors. Seriously, bravo for everything Omar did in the movie.”

Mohamed Sami continued: "As for Essam Omar, I believe that God willing, in the coming years, he will be one of the most important stars of cinema, without a doubt. He focuses on every detail, is talented, intelligent, and has an amazing acceptance and is very different. He is in every scene, he knows how to give energy that fills the scene with happiness, and his energy extends to the actors with him in the scenes. I enjoyed every moment in the movie, and Taha El Desouky is a very clever actor, a great comedian, spontaneous, and a great actor."

Mohamed Sami concluded: "Bassem El Samra is a genius as usual, and all the young men with Omar El Mohandes, Essam Omar, and Taha El Desouky in the movie are amazing and doing a great job. Congratulations to all of them, and God willing they will have a beautiful future."

He continued, saying that he doesn't know the stars or the filming. "When will I film, who the stars are, and when will it be released? I don't know any of that yet, and it's not even in my mind. What I do know is that it will be my most distinguished and elegant work, and it will be a work that every Arab home will respect and appreciate."

Mohamed Sami: I will follow Tarek El-Shennawy's advice. He added, "Pray for me to finish it with the same strength with which it began. What makes me happy about this work is that I was trying to find a very difficult equation for me, which is how can a popular work today, with the market's requirements, be purely artistic like many works that our masters have presented in the past? And how can I take a topic that concerns society with the attractive force that the Arab audience is accustomed to from me, and not have its viewership limited or elitist, with all due respect to the fans of elitist works? And how can I completely change everything I have presented."

He concluded, "I am following the advice of Professor Tarek El-Shennawy, which is to change before the audience gets satiated, and thank God I found that in my new project. May God grant me success and may it continue, God willing, for the best."

Mohamed Sami retires from television directing It is noteworthy that Mohamed Sami had announced his retirement from television directing, in order to devote himself to studying and traveling.

He wrote in a post last March, “Goodbye TV drama. This year was my last TV work, and in it I bid farewell to series, a long journey of about 15 years, during which I gave everything I could to make the Arab audience happy.”

He continued, "Thanks to God, I have achieved success with many stars, companies, and channels, all of which are important. The audience has always encouraged me, whether through reactions or by voting for me in awards. Any success I have achieved is thanks to God and the audience."

He added, "Those close to me know that I made this decision a while ago to retire from television directing, but I was finishing commitments with companies and stars, and thank God I finished them, and the last one was in 2025."

He continued, "I have nothing more I can offer on TV, and I'm afraid of the audience getting tired of my style and falling into the trap of repetition and the cycle of expectation and boredom. The only one who can perpetuate things is God. Thank God, my last two works, "Esh Esh" and "Sayed El Nas", were a success that I'm happy with."

He continued, "Every day, my great country, Egypt, is bringing out new, talented, and educated filmmakers who can do better than those who came before them, and we will always continue to present Egyptian works that the Arab public will embrace. I thank everyone who helped me on the journey, and I thank every colleague whose competition was a motivation to excel. I apologize for any scene I presented during the trip that the public did not appreciate or admire. In the end, the artist is always experimenting, and art is madness, as they say."

He continued, "Pray for me in the coming period. I am traveling outside Egypt for two years to learn something new and study it. It is something I have wanted to learn for a long time and I postponed it a lot until I found myself getting older and afraid of losing time before I do something I want to do. I am convinced that a person can at any time decide to stop something he loves in order to do something else he also loves and wants to try, but he needs a family to support him in making his decision."

He concluded, "Good luck to all my colleagues. I love you and thank you for the years of wonderful competition that made our names. I wish myself success in this new step."
