He pointed to the pivotal role of Sheikha Hind in his life, describing her as “the mother of sheikhs… a friend, companion, and gentle person, and one of the most compassionate, generous, and charitable people.”

Graduation details On behalf of King Charles III of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Lieutenant General (Ret.) Sir Patrick Sanders, former Chief of the General Staff of the British Army, graduated the batch and honoured the top graduates, as part of the 241st batch of members of the prestigious military academy.

Sir Patrick Sanders also presented Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid bin Mohammed bin Rashid with the Sword of Honour for International Students, making him the fourth graduate from the UAE to receive this honour in the history of the Academy. He also received the Excellence Award for achieving first place for international students in academic and applied military studies, making him the only Emirati graduate to receive both honours.

The ceremony included a parade of students and graduates, and the handing over of the Royal Platoon flag, which is awarded to the best platoon in the graduating class. Certificates of excellence, shields and awards were also handed over to the top graduates, and commemorative photos were taken.

The graduation ceremony of the 241st batch of the academy’s recruits was attended by Lieutenant General Dhahi Khalfan Tamim, Deputy Chief of Police and Public Security in Dubai, and a number of military leaders and officials.
