Issam Sasa tops the trend after a surprise in his case.. What is his fate?

Judicial authorities in Egypt decided to arrest and bring in mahraganat singer Issam Sasa in the case of accusing him of running over a person at the top of the ring road in Talbia, south of the Egyptian capital, after it was proven that he was a drug user.

The Forensic Medicine Authority’s report confirmed that Sasa was found to be using narcotic drugs while driving his car during the hit-and-run accident and accidentally killing the victim.

A few days ago, the singer left the Talbieh Police Department, after completing his release procedures and paying a 30,000-pound financial guarantee, which was estimated by the Public Prosecution last Monday.

The famous festival singer had run over a father of 4 children with his car in an accident on the ring road, causing his death.

For her part, the singer's lawyer, Samia Abdel Ghaffar, said that the accusation against him was manslaughter, stressing that he is in a difficult psychological state due to the accident that he did not expect to happen, noting that the victim passed in front of the singer's car suddenly.

She continued that the road was dark and the lighting was weak, and the deceased was walking in a place not designated for pedestrian crossing, and there was no sidewalk, explaining that the singer was traveling at a speed between 70 or 80, and he tried to avoid him to no avail.
