After a long day of tour rehearsals, he added, "She said that last year was one of the hardest years for her, both personally and professionally, as she had to cancel her tour and focus on herself." He continued, "Now, a year later, she feels stronger than ever, and she wanted to write a song about coming out of a relationship stronger."

In the song, Lopez repeats: The word "wreck" is used as a metaphor for "destruction," but throughout the song, it's clear that she wasn't destroyed, but emerged stronger. One of the song's striking lyrics is, "I'm stronger after your wreckage."

Meanwhile, Ben Affleck, who has yet to comment on the song, was seen having dinner at a fancy restaurant in West Hollywood with a friend.
