Filming of the series “Umm Arba’a Wa Arba’een” continues in the Saudi capital, Riyadh, to be ready for screening in Ramadan 2025.

The artist, Jumana Murad, shared with her audience a group of “stories” from the filming location, where she showed the audience that she stayed up late filming, saying: “It’s 3:30 in the morning and we’re still filming.”

She then posted a story at 5 am saying that she had finished filming for the day and had to have breakfast and go to sleep.

On the other hand, the photographer of the work posted on Instagram a group of photos from behind the scenes of the series of the artist Fatima Al-Safi and the work’s director, Muthanna Al-Sobh.

A group of videos were also published from the launch ceremony of MBC’s Ramadan 2025 works, including “Umm Arba’a Wa Arba’een”, “Al Batal” and “Taht Sabe’ Sama”, where they were shown in the promos of the competing works in 2025.

Filming of the series “Umm Arba’a Wa Arba’een” began in Saudi Arabia a month ago, written by Hiba Mashari and directed by Muthanna Al-Sobh.

The work is a social drama that includes on its list of stars: from Egypt, Samia El-Khashab - from Syria, Jumana Murad - and from the Arabian Gulf, Fatima Al-Safi - Shihab Hajiya and Mohammed Al-Hajji, in addition to a group of stars in the Gulf.

This work is considered the first to be directed by an Arab with a full cadre of Turkish technicians.

Director Muthanna Al-Sobh had previously presented a number of successes in Gulf drama, as he previously directed the series “Al-Asouf” and “From Haram Street to”, which topped Arab viewership when they were shown.
