Artist Majed El Masry revealed the words he knows from the Tunisian dialect, and the strangest words he heard that made him laugh a lot.

After he was a guest on the Tunisian radio station "Mosaique FM", the host asked him about the Tunisian words he knew and he said: "It's okay, God bless you, you're very sweet."

Majed Al-Masry talked about a Tunisian word that surprised him a lot when he heard it, saying: “The name ‘al-Makhir’ is ‘al-Khashm’. In Egypt, when someone speaks in an unmanly way, we say ‘Akhshm’ (rough, raspy). ‘Akhshm’ is a bit like ‘al-Khashm’, but ‘al-Khashm’ is the first time I’ve heard it, and I started laughing.”

Majed El Masry added, expressing his happiness to be in Tunisia and the audience's reception of him: "In Tunisia, the people are very sophisticated and you have an unnatural welcome. They are good people and people who know how to serve properly. I personally would love to come to Tunisia more than once and this is the second time I visit Tunisia."

He said about that: “My wife agreed to the age difference. She loved my mentality and we needed each other. My marriage to her had nothing to do with the age difference, but it was God’s will.”

He stressed that it is impossible for him to beat his wife in any problem, as he believes that beating is not a solution, but rather the opposite, noting: “Neither my religion nor my manhood allow me to do this to my wife.”
