Egyptian artist Alaa Morsi topped the Google search engine trend in Egypt after he announced that he had cancer, during his interview on the “Speak to Our Lord” program presented by journalist Ahmed Al-Khatib on the radio.

He added: “It was a very difficult moment, but it is not as difficult for me as it is for those around me. It is more difficult for them than it is for me, because if you love a person and become attached to him and see him in distress, you feel pain for him, and love only appears in difficult moments.” As soon as they gave me the injection of full anesthesia, I was a little joking, a little afraid, and a little in disbelief.”

There is a tumor under the abscess that must heal completely in order for us to perform an excision. The tumor, as soon as I took the anesthesia, I went to another world, which had no boundaries, a comfortable world... I was enjoying myself as you sleep and enjoy sleep, like the idea of “your sight today is iron.” I saw beautiful souls and I saw our Master, the Messenger of God , and Abu Bakr Al-Siddiq and my mother the most. I saw her features clearly, I saw Leah’s friends who had died, and I saw a strange life, and then suddenly I found someone telling me, “Thank God for your safety.” It was a quick and hidden time, it seemed like it was only a few seconds long, but take your time.”

He concluded his speech by saying: "Because you are God and my beloved, and you spoke to him in this way. When I came back from recovery, I felt comfortable. I felt that God was truly with me, as if he had extended his mercy. I was sitting joking, laughing, and happy, and inside of me was happiness with your love that I had never felt except in the palm of my hand."
