Last year, The Dubai Mall achieved a remarkable feat when it became the most visited destination in the world, welcoming 105 million visitors, cementing its position as a global destination of choice.<br> In the fourth quarter of 2024, Dubai Mall received about 29 million visitors, while in the third quarter, Dubai Mall witnessed a significant increase in the number of visitors, as the mall received 25 million visitors, reflecting a great turnout from local and international tourism.</p><p style="margin-right:auto !important;;text-align:left;direction:ltr"></p><p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"><br></p><p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"></p><p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"> During the first nine months of the year, The Dubai Mall recorded an increase of more than 6% in the number of visitors, with the total number of visitors reaching 82 million, compared to the same period in the previous year.<br></p><p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"></p><p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"> In the first half of 2024, the mall witnessed an 8% increase in visitor numbers, receiving around 57 million visitors, reflecting the continued growth of visitors throughout the seasons.<br> In June 2024, Emaar Malls announced a major investment in The Dubai Mall worth AED 1.5 billion ($408 million), to expand the mall by adding 240 new stores. The expansion is expected to attract more visitors, by providing a variety of luxury options from international and local stores and restaurants.</p><p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"></p>
