Mohamed Mamdouh warns his fans of fraud operations in his name

Artist Mohamed Mamdouh revealed that his name was exploited in fraud and deception operations. Mamdouh warned his fans through his official Instagram account of a fake account impersonating him and claiming to work with him.

“This account is fake and a scam”

Mamdouh posted a photo of the fake account on his Instagram story, and wrote: “This account is fake and a scammer, and he enters to talk to people as if he works with me. Please report me.”

A recurring phenomenon targeting celebrities

This phenomenon was not strange to celebrities, and Mohamed Mamdouh was not the only artist facing this problem, as a number of stars had previously been exposed to similar incidents, whether through impersonation or hacking of accounts on social media sites, including the artist Hala Sedki, who recently revealed that someone had tried to hack her account, and the artist Nahal Anbar, whose accounts were hacked, and many others who were exposed to such actions.

New artworks on the horizon

In Ramadan 2025, Mohamed Mamdouh is preparing to participate in a number of new artistic works, including a radio series titled “Hat W Khad” and a movie titled “Rocky El Ghalaba” in which he will star alongside Donia Samir Ghanem, in addition to the second part of the movie “Shako” which achieved great success in its first part.

"Rocky El-Ghalaba" is a comedy thriller film, the story of which revolves around a female boxer who works as a bodyguard for a businessman. The film stars Mohamed Mamdouh and Donia Samir Ghanem, and a number of stars participate in it, including Bayoumi Fouad, Mohamed Tharwat, and Ahmed Saad.
