Ayash stated that he was the first to support Carole as soon as he saw the bullying campaign against her, writing her a letter that read: "In every wrinkle on your face, we see the beauty of the whole world," emphasizing his defense of anyone who is harmed, even if he has no personal relationship with them.

He explained that the reason he did not enlist in the military service was that he was a university student at the time, studying interior design and psychology for a year and a half. He emphasized that Lebanese law exempts university students from compulsory military service, as well as anyone whose brother is serving in the army, which was also the case for him at the time.

Ramy Ayach expressed his deep sadness at not being able to perform military service, saying, "I am very sad that I will not be able to perform military service. All of my friends are in the army, and some of them have reached the rank of brigadier general. It was my dream to volunteer."
