Revealing details of her family life... Nour Ali: I'm selfish and I love my work

Syrian actress Nour Ali revealed several details about her family life, in addition to her deep love for art.

During her interview on the "I Have a Question" podcast, hosted by Lebanese journalist Mohammed Qais, she spoke about the impact of the war on her personal life, noting that she always feels a lack of security.

"I lack security in my life, and I feel like I can't plan for the future," Nour Ali said, adding that the war has left deep scars on her, making it impossible for her to envision a clear future.

She continued talking about the psychological exhaustion she feels after years of war, saying: "I am tired of the war and tired of the pain, and I always wonder how people live without war."

The Syrian artist continued talking about her separation from her family due to the war and the circumstances she faced, noting that this contributed to her feeling of alienation, saying: "When you live far from your family, unfortunately, you start to feel that your family no longer resembles you."

The eldest daughter in her family Nour Ali revealed that she is the eldest daughter in her family, saying, "I am the eldest of my sisters, and our house is all girls' house." This has led her to take on additional responsibilities and play a pivotal role within the family from a young age.

Despite her closeness to her mother, Nour confirmed that she sees herself as more like her father, saying: "I'm closer to my mom, but I resemble my dad more, even though my relationship with him is equal."

She confirmed that her aunt was the closest to her in her childhood, considering her her dearest friend, "My aunt is my dearest friend and all my memories of her as a child were made of her."

She commented on her feelings after leaving for Canada, saying: "When my aunt immigrated to Canada, I was lost and my life was full of emptiness."

Art is my biggest passion Nour Ali continued, saying that art is her greatest passion, adding, "I am selfish in that I love my work and my priority in life is my work in art." She noted that artistic work occupies a large part of her life and that she devotes a great deal of time to it.

She also expressed her fears about turning 30, concluding: "I'm 29 and I'm afraid of turning 30. I feel like I still have a lot of things to do before then."
