Safaa Jalal on the veil: It is obligatory and I hope God guides me to it

The star Safaa Galal explained that her beginning in art was through advertisements, and at that time her family refused her entry into the artistic field, especially since when she was there were no signs indicating that she would be an actress, as she graduated from the Faculty of Arts, Department of Sociology, noting that her father saw her for the first time on the screen in an artistic work two years before his death.

Safaa Jalal talks about the veil Safaa added in a television statement to the media figure Yamani Badrawi on the program "Hawadeet El Nas", broadcast on Al Shams channel, that her sister Salwa had the experience of advertising once, then she wore the hijab while she was in middle school and committed to it completely in high school, then she continued her career in the field of directing.

Safaa said: “I know very well that the veil is obligatory, and may God guide me to wear it. I say on air that I am 50 years old, and I like to say my age because I have lived through all the stages of my life with all their sweetness and bitterness. Now I have moved from the stage of a girl to the stage of embodying the role of a mother, and I stayed for 3 years because of the lack of classification, until I embodied the role of a mother to three young men in the series “Scorpion Hunting.”

Safaa Galal: I will not play the role of a dancer The Egyptian artist continued, saying: "Social media is a double-edged sword, and I confront rumors with my silence. Ignoring is the best thing at the time. The new generation does not have the language of ignoring. I love food, and that is why I try all weight loss tools, including the capsule."

She pointed out that her husband agreed with her not to play the role of a dancer for life, stressing that she is an actress who respects the paper, and her respect for her work comes from her respect for herself, her home, and her sons and daughters who were previously subjected to harassment because of her work as an artist.

She added that she believes that ladies are supermen and that men know nothing but work, stressing that women are among those who prefer “nagging”, advising women that they must choose the right time to ask a man for something.
