The Arab American Foundation (AAF) announced the selection of Yemeni-American artist Sahar Al-Luthbi to its annual list of the 40 Most Influential Arabs Under 40 in the United States for 2025. An Arab list that reflects the diversity and influence in American society According to the foundation's official statement, the list includes young Arab figures from diverse fields, such as art, entrepreneurship, innovation, and community work. Warren David, the foundation's co-founder, stated that this group of leaders reflects the tremendous diversity and vitality of the Arab-American community and is an inspiration for unity, pride, and empowerment.

Who is Sahar Al-Luthbi? An artist who combines identity and message. Sahar Hassan, known professionally as Sahar Al-Luthbi, is a Yemeni-American visual artist and founder of Qamriya Arts, a non-profit organization registered in Pennsylvania. Her work is known for addressing issues of Arab identity, post-war narratives, and highlighting the voices of women in the Arab world.

Outstanding achievements and local and international honors In 2022, she was honored by a New York Congresswoman for her efforts in community impact through the arts.

In 2025, she was selected as an ambassador for Yemeni fine arts during a UNESCO event in Dubai.
