Salma Rashid makes her cinematic debut in the film "Mawwal"

In a new step in her artistic career, Moroccan artist Salma Rachid has arrived in Tunisia to begin preparations for her first feature film, "Mawwal," a joint Moroccan-Tunisian production that combines romance and music.

Intensive preparations before filming Salma will star alongside Tunisian rap star Nordo, under the direction of director Mamdouh Abdel Ghaffar.

During her visit, Salma held several meetings with the production team, hosted by the Voubantini Film Distribution and Production Complex, to discuss character details and technical preparations. A photo of her with the director and Nordou also went viral, sparking public enthusiasm for the project.

She revealed that the role requires her to lose weight to fit the character, a task she has been working on for the past few days by following a diet.
