the story of the movie The movie “Shaqoo” is inspired by the novel Prince of Thieves by Chuck Hogan, as its events revolve within a framework of action and suspense about a group of outlaw friends who engage in criminal and suspicious acts with the help of a number of other characters in the film.

Heroes of the movie “Shaqu” The movie “Shaqou” stars Amr Youssef, Mohamed Mamdouh, Yousra , Dina El-Sherbiny, Amina Khalil, and Abbas Abu Al-Hassan, in addition to some artists who participate as guests of honor in the movie. The work is directed by Karim El-Sabky and written by Wissam Sabry.

This work is considered the first meeting of the quartet Amr Youssef, Mohamed Mamdouh, Amina Khalil and Dina El-Sherbiny again, 8 years after they presented the series “Grand Hotel”, which was shown in the month of Ramadan 2016, and achieved public success at that time.

The series “Grand Hotel” dealt with the period of the fifties of the last century, and its events revolved around the character “Ali”, portrayed by the artist Amr Youssef , who begins searching behind the suspicious disappearance of his sister, who was working as a maid in one of the major hotels in Aswan .
