Tariq Al-Shennawi advises Yasmine Abdelaziz and Al-Awadi to separate technically

Art critic Tariq Al-Shennawi advised the artist, Yasmine Abdelaziz, and the artist Ahmed Al-Awadi, after their latest series, “Darb Nar”, to separate artistically.

And the art critic said in media statements: “What Yasmine did for Ahmed Al-Awadi did not make Faten Hamama for Omar Sharif, and I challenge to find Faten and Omar in a work of art and he is the pivotal hero while she appears next to him, but Yasmine is ready for Al-Awadi to remain a pivotal hero and she is with him, and each of them must go in direction".

Al-Shennawy also talked about the Egyptian star Yousra and her series, which was shown last Ramadan, “1000 Praise be to God for safety.” He said: “Choosing Yousra was not the right choice. Her choice is wrong, and this work was not in her favor. How do you agree with the bad script, the bad level of directing, and the artificial performance of the actors? Therefore, I can only put Yousra in front of her responsibility to choose, given her history and her great name.

The events revolve around Mahra (Yasmine Ahmed Abdel Aziz), a popular girl from Shubra, and Jaber Abu Shadeed (Ahmed Al-Awadi), who comes from Sohag to Cairo to rent from Mahra her family’s store to open a rubber workshop in Shubra, and they get to know each other and a great love story arises between them that ends with marriage. The duo grows up working together until a sinister businessman (Majid Al-Masry) appears, who fights them and enters with them into major conflicts that are revealed in the episodes of the series.
