The movie "Eid Eidin" premieres in Abu Dhabi

The world premiere of the Emirati-Saudi family comedy film "Eid Eideen" was held at Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi, attended by a large number of the film's stars and creators, as well as representatives from local and Arab media.

The premiere was graced by the film's stars on the red carpet, including the talented Emirati women who supervised the film: director Maitha Al Awadhi, producer Rawya Abdullah, writer Sarah Al Sayegh, and actress Mira Al Madfa, along with actors Fahad Al Butairi, Hassan Rajab, and Shadi Alfons.

The film director expresses her happiness with this work. Director Maitha Al Awadhi explained that she considers this film to be “a double joy,” and announced that she has achieved her lifelong dream through this film for several reasons, including that it is her first feature-length film, in addition to being produced by Image Nation, and that it touches on her personal life, as her sister is married to a Saudi man, and thus she attempted to convey her life experience through this work.

The writer dedicates the work as a love letter. Sarah Al Sayegh, the writer of the film “Eid Eidin,” announced that she wrote this film as a love letter to her country, the UAE, through which she explored the nature of social relations and family customs and traditions in the UAE and the Arabian Gulf .
