After the cancellation of the concert of artist Mayada El Hennawy, which was scheduled to be held on July 28, and the spread of many rumors, the concert contractor responded to these rumors, explaining the real reasons for postponing the concert.

Concert promoter reveals real reasons for cancellation Many rumors spread, some of which stated that the concert was cancelled due to the lack of public demand to buy tickets, and some of which indicated that the reason for the cancellation was the deterioration of the health of the great Mayada El Henawy.

In response to this news, the concert organizer, Michel Awais, broke his silence to reveal that the real reason was technical and beyond the control of the concert organizers, saying: “Mrs. Mayada is fine and in good health, and she also performed an artistic concert on July 27 at the Ehdeniyat International Festival in Lebanon.” Awais added: “Mayada El Hennawy’s concert at the Ehdeniyat Festival was more than successful and was attended by more than three thousand people.”

Michel announced that another date for the postponed concert will be set very soon.

The closing ceremony will remain on schedule with the Shami artist on July 30 at the Beirut Waterfront .
