Egyptian media personality , Reham Saeed , told a surprising story about what happened many years ago, when a famous actor proposed to marry her, before her family rejected him.

In a television interview, the Egyptian journalist recounted when she was studying at the American University, and added that she was 19 years old and wanted to become an actress, before she encountered her mother’s strong disapproval.

While speaking about the matter, she revealed that a famous actor wanted to marry her, and while Reham did not want to reveal his name at first, she revealed his name again at the broadcaster’s insistence, saying: “ Mohamed Henedy .”

Reham Saeed explained that her family did not reject the matter because of Henedy himself, but because of his work in acting, as her mother believed that he would take her with him in this field.

Saeed added that during that period, she was participating in a theatrical starring role without her mother knowing, and she asked the makers of the play not to put her picture on the poster, but when her mother found out, she threatened her that she would commit suicide and jump from the balcony if Reham continued participating in the play.
