The investigating authorities summoned eyewitnesses to question them about the incident to verify the veracity of the report and complete the investigation.

The report revealed that as soon as Maha El Sagheer and her driver entered the compound, they were surprised by artist Ahmed El Sakka's car suddenly blocking their way, trying to prevent them from entering.

The driver said in his report that he tried to drive away, but Al-Sakka chased them inside the compound and stopped them. He then got out of his car and began insulting his ex-wife, Maha Al-Sagheer, before physically assaulting her, according to his statement.

The driver explained that he tried to intervene to break up the fight and prevent El-Sakka from assaulting his ex-wife, but the artist also lashed out at him, prompting him to file a report on the incident.
