TIME ranks Tahnoon bin Zayed among the most influential people in artificial intelligence

Time magazine has ranked Sheikh Tahnoun bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Ruler of Abu Dhabi, National Security Advisor of the UAE, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of G42, among the 100 most important figures in the world in the field of artificial intelligence for the year 2024, according to its recently issued list.

As an “inspirational” leader, TIME highlighted the sheikh’s inspiring work, which is funneling billions of dollars into initiatives that are helping transform the country into a global hub for artificial intelligence.

G42 is also a major pillar in Sheikh Tahnoon’s ambitious strategies and plans. It includes a group of companies specializing in artificial intelligence, and has emerged since its establishment in 2018 as one of the leading and giant technology companies in the Middle East, with businesses ranging from biotechnology to surveillance.
