"Who I Knew?": Rashed Al Majed's song debuts on the Billboard Arabic Hot 100 chart.

For the second week in a row, Saudi artist Rashed Al Majed steals the spotlight on the Billboard Arab charts, with his single " Man Araftak " continuing to set new records.

After his song "Man Araftak" recorded the strongest entry on the Gulf Top 50 chart last week, Rashed Al Majed's new single continues its upward trajectory, recording the strongest entry on the Billboard Arab Hot 100 this week, ranking 39th in its first week on the chart.

This is a special achievement for Rashed Al Majed, as it is the first song other than his patriotic songs to reach the Hot 100, after he had previously limited his presence on the Hot 100 to his patriotic songs related to Saudi National Day.

On the Gulf Top 50 chart, "Man Araftak" shone again this week as the highest-charting song, jumping from fourth to second, cementing its position as one of the most prominent recent Gulf releases. Notably, it's Rashed Al Majed's highest-charting position on the chart.

On the TikTok Top 50 list, the song maintained its stable presence for the second week in a row, remaining at the same position: 42.

This success was also reflected in Rashed Al Majed's presence on the list of 100 artists, as he rose from 78th to 61st place this week.

Rashed Al Majed is preparing to release "Man Araftak" soon. Rotana had previously teased its fans and followers of Saudi artist Rashed Al Majed with his latest single, “Who Knew I Loved You,” as part of his ongoing 2019 releases. The label posted a short clip of the song on its “Rotana Music” account on the “X” platform, commenting: “Who Knew I Loved You… New single from the great artist Rashed Al Majed, coming soon,” a move that sparked curiosity among followers and raised anticipation to hear the full song.

New work details The song's lyrics are by Meshari Mubarak Al-Hudaibi, its music is by Sayed, and its musical arrangement and execution are by Abdullah bin Yaqout Al-Naimi, who come together in a musical collaboration expected to bear Rashid Al-Majed's signature touch. The announcement received widespread interaction on social media, with fans expressing their excitement with phrases such as, "Finally, it's been a long time for us" and "Rashudi, we don't want love, we want strength."

A year full of music releases Rashed Al Majed continues his artistic activity at a remarkable pace this year, having released a number of songs that have achieved wide popularity, including “If Only I Could Fly,” with lyrics by Ghareeb and music by Ahmed Al Harmi, and “Ya Haram,” with lyrics by Hamed Al Gharbawi and music by Walid Al Shami, in addition to “You Are Mine” and “I Surrendered,” which carried a distinct emotional tone that reflects his artistic diversity.

Artist Rashed Al Majed chose to kick off his National Day releases with the song "Riyadh Al Ezz," featuring Arab artist Mohammed Abdu and superstar Majid Al Mohandes. The song's lyrics were written by poet Yasser Al Tuwaijri and composed by Yasser Bou Ali.

The second work, titled "I Have the Right," features Rashed Al Majed, who delivers a message of pride and honor for the nation through a special collaboration with STC Bank. The song was written by Fahad Al Musaed and composed by Ahmed Al Harmi.

The third song, “Our Homeland is Rising High,” was written by Ahmed Alawi, composed by Ahmed Burhan, arranged by Cyrus Issa, mixed and mastered by Jassim Mohammed, and produced by Sabana Studio under the supervision of Issa Al Majed.

The fourth work, “Darna Ma Inti Hay Allah Bilad,” was presented in an authentic Saudi folkloric spirit, expressing the value of the land and people and reflecting popular heritage in a contemporary lyrical form.
