With the participation of 12 stars...the “Hope Makers” initiative revives the “Arab Dream” operetta

The “Hope Makers” initiative revived and developed the famous singing operetta, “ The Arab Dream ,” to celebrate the first “Hope Makers” during the closing ceremony of its fourth session, which is being held under the patronage and in the presence of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE. The Ruler of Dubai, may God protect him, on February 25 at the Coca-Cola Arena in Dubai, where the first hope maker will receive a financial reward worth one million dirhams.

The fourth session of the “Hope Makers” initiative, which falls under the umbrella of the “Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives” Foundation, attracted more than 58,000 nominations from across the Arab world, and the proceeds from the closing ceremony will go to support humanitarian work, after the announcement of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum , last June 12, launched the search for “hope makers” in the Arab world for the year 2023.

“The Arab Dream” operetta 12 prominent Arab artists will participate in the “Arab Dream” operetta, which will be presented during the closing ceremony: Ahlam, Majed Al-Muhandis, Asala, Walid Tawfiq, Saber Al-Rubai, Balqis, Assi Al-Halani, Omar Al-Abdalat, Muhammad Assaf, Ahmed Fathi, Ihab Tawfiq, And Abu, written by Dr. Medhat El Adl, composed by Salah El Sharnouby, arranged by Michel Fadel, and directed by Hussein Selim.

The artist Ahlam said: “I am proud to participate in the closing ceremony of the fourth session of (Hope Makers), through the operetta (Arab Dream), and I thank this inspiring initiative that allowed me to contribute with Arab artists in spreading goodness and a culture of optimism in the Arab world.”

In turn, the artist Majed Al-Muhandis appreciated the role played by the “Hope Makers” initiative in establishing the culture of giving in the Arab world, and said: “I am happy to sing for hope and contribute to achieving the Arab dream.”

Asala, Al-Rubai and Walid Tawfiq The artist Asala said : “All thanks to the UAE and the inspiring (Hope Makers) initiative. In fact, participating in the (Arab Dream) operetta is a great honor for every artist, and it is the duty of all of us to support the hope industry in the Arab world.”

Walid Tawfiq said: “I am honored to participate in the ceremony of crowning the winners of the fourth session of the (Hope Makers) initiative, and I am also honored to be one of the Arab artists contributing to the presentation of the operetta (The Arab Dream).”

Saber Al-Rubai described the “Hope Makers” initiative as an inexhaustible source of inspiration for goodness and giving, and added: “My participation in reviving and developing the operetta (The Arab Dream) will always remain ingrained in my conscience.”

Artist Balqis considered that the “Hope Makers” initiative had a major positive impact in the Arab world and strengthened confidence in the future. She said: “Singing at the closing ceremony to crown (Hope Makers) is a qualitative addition to my artistic career.”

Assi Al-Hellani expressed his happiness at participating in the closing ceremony to crown the winners of the fourth session of “Hope Makers.” Al-Hellani said: “Reviving and developing the (Arab Dream) operetta is a very important artistic project, and it is the best tribute to (Hope Makers) in our Arab nation.”

“Hope Makers” Initiative Regarding his participation in reviving the closing ceremony of the “Hope Makers” initiative in its fourth session, Voice of Jordan artist Omar Al-Abdallat considered that “contributing to creating hope represents a sublime message for every human being, and that participating in reviving the ceremony of crowning the winners is an honor for art and artists,” and he said: “We thank the initiative.” (Hope Makers), which revived and developed the operetta (The Arab Dream).”

Regarding his participation in the “Arab Dream” operetta, the artist Muhammad Assaf commented: “Thank you for the (Hope Makers) initiative, which gave me the opportunity to be in its closing ceremony with this elite of Arab artists to sing together for the sake of our Arab dream.”

Ahmed Fathi considered that “contributing to spreading the culture of goodness and giving in the Arab world is the duty of every artist who believes in himself and his artistic message,” and said: “The (Hope Makers) initiative made major contributions to highlighting the values of giving in our Arab societies, and strengthened our confidence in the new generations.”

Regarding his participation in the “Arab Dream” operetta, Ihab Tawfiq said: “We are all concerned with supporting every Arab effort to instill and create hope, and there is no doubt that participating in the (Arab Dream) operetta at the (Hope Makers) coronation ceremony is a badge on my chest.”

Abu believed that “the true artist is the one who can make a positive impact on his community and audience,” and said: “The (Hope Makers) initiative gives art the opportunity to confirm its commitment to the values of goodness and giving, and work to consolidate them in our Arab world.”
