Yousra responds to the rumor that Saleh Selim refused her marriage to his son Khaled

Actress Yousra responded to the rumor that the late president of Al-Ahly club, Saleh Selim, refused her marriage to his son, director Khaled Selim.

She said during her interview on the program "Beit El Saad", presented by the stars Amr Saad and Ahmed Saad, broadcast on the "MBC Masr" channel, that "the reason we did not announce our marriage at first was because Saleh was sick, and Saleh Selim is the one who raised me, and he is a friend of my uncle, my mother and my aunts, and they were one group, and it is not true that he refused our marriage."

Yousra continued: "The only word Saleh said to Khaled was, 'This lady is a star. She will bear her stardom and not be disgusted by it. Take her. She will not bear it. Leave her alone.' Before he went to get treatment, he came down and said, 'Boys, announce your marriage now.' Khaled said, 'No, Dad, when you get better.'"

Yousra added, about the reason for her first marriage not lasting: "I got married twice and the first one didn't work out because we didn't know each other well. May God have mercy on him, he passed away and it wasn't a successful marriage."

The star, Yousra, concluded: “The second marriage is to Khaled, may God keep him, and I love him very much. We have known each other for 7 years, and my relationship with Khaled is not like husband and wife, we are friends, and I don’t think there is anything I don’t know about him or anything he doesn’t know about me.”
